8v8 in 11v11 Soccer Field

This tutorial describes how to create a 2x 8v8 in a 11v11 soccer field.

please note

• For this tutorial you will need an existing plan for a 11v11 soccer field.
• The tutorial uses a location called "Location A".
• The tutorial uses a 11v11 soccer plan called "11v11 Soccer"

1. Select "Route Planner".

2. Select "Plans".

3. Select "New plan".

4. Select "Copy field".

5. From the dropdown window select "Location A".

6. Select the plan "11v11 Soccer".
The plan is highlighted when selected.

7. Provide a new name.
This tutorial uses "8v8 in 11v11".

8. Press "Save".
Map View now opens.

Since a copy is created the plan still remains a 11v11 soccer field.
You will therefore need to change the plan type.

9. Select "Edit".

10. Select "Shapes".
The category window now appears.

11. Select the Soccer category.

12. Select the plan type "Soccer 2x1 (2 fields)".

13. Press "OK".
The plan type is now changed from a 11v11 to 2x 8v8 in a 11v11 soccer field.

14. Press "Save".

15. Press "Load".

16. Select "Load all segments".

17. Check the field appearence.

18. Press "Save".

As default, the outline is not drawn since it is assumed that these lines already exists from the 11v11 field.

However, you may not want the center line draw along the entire length of the 11v11 field.
To remove the center line:
1. Select "Edit".

2. Select "Options.
The Options window now appears.

3. Press "Select which parts to draw".

4. Deselect "Center line".
Box turns grey.

5. Press "OK".

6. Press "Load".

7. Select "Load all segments".

8. Check that the center line is removed.

9. Press "Save".

19. Press "Start".

further options

If desired, you can have the Turf Tank One first paint the 11v11 followed by the 8x8 in 11v11.
For this you will need to use the "Multiple" function.

important

If you need to move the "11v11" field you will have to move the "8v8 in 11v11" field the exact same amount. Otherwise the two plans will not be aligned.
