# Internet Connectivity
In case an Internet connection cannot be established, it can be because of one or more of the following:
- Usage limit has been reached (only imposed on tablets).
- Wrong or missing APN
- Wrong or missing MCC / MCN codes.
- These codes are typically not needed, but might be required on the base station.
- SIM card has not been activated by Intelligent Marking
- Contact your Authorized Distributor so they can forward the request to activate the SIM card.
WARNING
When troubleshooting tablet connectivity it is often because the usage limit has been reached or that the APN information has been lost.

All tablet SIM cards should have been activated upon delivery.

All our SIM cards are required to use the following APN:

# MCCMCN Codes
If an Internet connection cannot be established, it is sometimes useful to add MCC/MCN codes when setting up the APN. This will force the device to register on the cellular network.
WARNING
When a connection has been made, please make sure to remove the MCCMCN codes again, as this will lock the device to the cellular provider using that MCCMCN combination.
