# SIM Card
Please note
Before inserting the SIM Card make sure that the Base Station is turned OFF.
Warning
Each Base Station is supplied with a working SIM Card from the factory. In case it is not working as expected, please call support.
You should never replace the factory SIM Card with your own SIM Card, as it will require further configuration to get it working.
# Inserting SIM Card
1. Remove the SIM Card Cap with a flat tool (i.e. flat head screwdriver or coin) by turning the cap counterclockwise.

2. Insert SIM Card into the SIM slot. The “golden front” of the SIM Card must face the Antenna.
The "notched" or angled corner of the SIM Card must face down.

3. With a flat tool (i.e. flat head screwdriver) push down on the SIM Card until it clicks into place.

4. Mount the SIM Card Cap with a flat tool (i.e. flat head screwdriver or coin) by turning the cap clockwise.

# Removing SIM Card
Please note
Before removing the SIM Card make sure that the Base Station is turned OFF.
1. Remove the SIM Card Cap with a flat tool (i.e. flat head screwdriver or coin) by turning the cap counterclockwise.

2. With a tweezer, push down on the SIM Card until it clicks. The SIM Card will now pop up.

3. With a tweezer remove the SIM Card

4. Mount the SIM Card Cap with a flat tool (i.e. flat head screwdriver or coin) by turning the cap clockwise.
