# Enable Single Use

In Single Use mode, the Base Station creates a fixed position (fixed latitude and longitude) when powered ON.

Please note

Moving the Base Station will move the fixed position.
The fixed position will change if the Base Station is turned OFF then ON.
The fixed position will remain the same if the Base Station is not turned OFF then ON.

1. From the Home Screen, press-hold on the push button to open the System Menu.

2. Navigate to “SINGLE USE” by single pressing the push button and press-hold to choose.

After choosing "SINGLE USE" the screen will after a short while show:

Followed by returning to the Home Screen:

The position is now succesfully set and the Base Station is ready to use in Single Use mode.
